CADENCE: A First-of-Its-Kind Wellness Workshop for Female Veterans
CADENCE is a one-day wellness and purpose experience created exclusively for female veterans. Designed by female combat veteran Dallas Knight, this first-of-its-kind workshop blends evidence-informed, holistic practices to help participants find clarity, grounding, and renewed connection to their purpose — both the what and the why. Held in a supportive, women-only space and intentionally limited to just 25 participants, CADENCE offers meaningful tools, reflection, and connection in a single powerful day. Breakfast and lunch are provided, attendance is free, and space is limited. Registration is first come, first served — reserve your spot today.
