Our Missions
Operation Juliet offers a continuum of programs designed to help female veterans heal, connect, and thrive — from our multi-day (not so) Average Jane Retreat, to monthly OUTPOST Gatherings, quarterly CADENCE Workshops, and Wellness Scholarships for continued mental health care. Explore our programs below to see how we’re restoring resilience and empowering women veterans on their journey toward wellness, purpose, and leadership.

(not so) Average Jane Retreat
Our signature program, is a five-day immersive experience designed to provide female combat veterans with holistic healing. From equine therapy to meditation, this retreat offers a women-centered space for personal growth, community building, and healing from the invisible wounds of service. This transformative retreat helps female veterans rebuild their sense of identity and community after military service.

OUTPOST
Our monthly OUTPOST gatherings bring female veterans together to build community, support one another, and explore holistic healing practices. Each gathering introduces different wellness modalities offering tools for emotional and mental well-being that aren’t typically supported by the VA. These gatherings provide a safe, welcoming space for women to share their journeys and connect with others.

CADENCE
Workshops
CADENCE Workshops are one-day, trauma-informed wellness experiences designed exclusively for female veterans. Each session focuses on practical tools for healing, resilience, and emotional regulation through guided activities and community connection. These quarterly gatherings create a steady rhythm of growth between retreats and monthly OUTPOST events, helping women strengthen balance and purpose year-round.

Mental Health Scholarships
We believe that healing should not be limited by financial barriers. Our Scholarships for Mental Health provide female veterans with the opportunity to continue holistic therapies that are not covered by traditional VA benefits. Our goal is to provide financial support for the mental health resources and healing modalities that the veteran chooses because they make a positive impact and difference in their lives.
